Refund Policy
All our items are hand finished to the highest quality and made of 100% organic cotton and recycled P.E.T. polyester.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please get in touch via ‘Contact Vendor’ on our MettaLife store page.
You can return your garment to us within 14 days of receiving the item. To exchange an item, for reasons such as size, please send us back the garment before we issue you with the revised size.
We can only process a returned order once we have received the item back. Should you wish to swap for a different design entirely you will need to send the item back to us for us to check it and refund you.
We will not accept any items of clothing that have been worn or damaged in any way after the item has been received. We will issue a refund once we have confirmed the above notice regarding returns and exchanges.
Refunds can take anything from 1-10 days depending on your bank
The cost of postage back to us is the buyer’s responsibility, and delivery is non-refundable. Please ensure your order number is provided when you return an item.
