Delivery Information
Kin and Kloth will dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days
All orders are sent by Royal Mail post or Parcel Force tracked delivery depending on the size and value of the product.
Returns Policy
To return an item you will be eligible for an exchange or refund minus any original shipping costs (unless the item is faulty or damaged).
Returns delivered to us after 14 days and up to 30 days after receipt will be eligible for an exchange only (unless the item is faulty or damaged).
Customers are responsible for all return delivery charges.
All returns should be sent back in the original packaging provided, using the pre-printed address label and include your invoice in with your product.
Customers to obtain proof of postage on returned items as Kin and Kloth cannot be held responsible for anything lost in transit.
Returns will be processed within 14 days upon receipt
