Returns and Exchanges Policy
When you receive your Bamboo Baby Company products, we really hope you love and enjoy them as much as we do, however, we understand that there are occasions when you need to return or exchange an item, so we are here to help and make the process as hassle free as possible for you.
If you would like to return or exchange an item, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods in which to notify us that you would like to return or exchange the goods. From which point you will then have a further 14 days in which to return the goods to us. Upon receipt of the returned items, The Bamboo Baby Company Ltd will then refund or exchange within 14 days.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
