Returns are only accepted within 14 days of purchase.
The sweets/Chocolates MUST be unopened.
Damages are not accepted as returnable and you will not be refunded if the sweets have been opened, the packaging or gift boxes are damaged, or sweets/Chocolates have melted.
If your items have been damaged during transit, this must be reported within 24 hours of its arrival and photographic evidence must be presented.
You (the buyer) are responsible for the cost of delivery to return your items and this (postage costs) will not be refunded to you.
