Unless you specify an alternative delivery option the goods will be delivered by Royal Mail Standard 1st class post.
We shall endeavor to dispatch the goods to you as soon as possible after you place your order (subject to the order having been accepted by us as will be confirmed to you by email), normally within 2 working days or less.

We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase from us. If for any reason you are unhappy with your goods, you have the right to return them and receive a full refund. This right of return is without prejudice to your statutory right of cancellation. You may return goods and receive a refund provided:
They are received back at our head office within 28 days. This 28-day period commences the day after your order has been shipped.
They have not been damaged (unless it is courier damage) and must include the original packaging.
We’ll do everything we can to take care of your return quickly and a refund is normally issued within 5 days of the goods return.
