Cancelling Orders
a) Due to the perishable nature of the products, orders may not be cancelled if they have already been dispatched by Cru8. If they have not been dispatched, then you will receive a full refund.
b) If you are dissatisfied with the products, we ask you to contact us stating the reasons or concerns you may have and to return the products unopened. The products should be returned in a reasonable condition and at your own expense. We recommend the use of a Recorded Delivery Service.
c) Your statutory rights concerning the quality of the products will be unaffected.
