Packaging. All orders are inclusive of gift wrapping.
Orders will be sent in an unbranded box or padded envelope with adequate protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
UK Delivery sent via Royal mail Special Delivery which requires a signature upon delivery.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been completed and dispatched.
Kate Wainwright cannot be held responsible for any postal delays or damages once your order has been dispatched.

FREE POSTAGE AND PACKING

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase and would like to return the item for a refund, please contact Kate Wainwright via ‘Contact Vendor’ on our MettaLife store page within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
Please note that earrings are excluded from the exchange policy due to hygiene reasons and we are unable to refund earring purchases.
Bespoke commissions, alterations and items made to order are also exempt from the refund policy unless they are faulty.
