You are responsible for the Willow Earth Goods until we receive them.
Occasionally, the Goods that we send may need to be returned.
This can occur if the actual Goods are damaged or do not correspond with the Goods ordered.
If you receive Goods which do not match those that you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours to arrange a return.
Goods must be returned in their original condition.
You will be able to request a replacement or full refund.
willowearth will take responsibility for shipping costs when the received Goods are incorrect.
If products are not faulty or damaged, you will still be able to return or exchange them but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and goods must be unused, in the same condition you received them and in the original packaging.
